Compensation for this position is based on experience and skillset. Jostin compensates employees fairly and monitors market dynamics to ensure compensation packages are competitive and meet employee need.
Objectives of this Role
Deliver excellent customer service, maintain necessary inventory processes, and support warehouse services that ensure the company is meeting its service goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Equipment, Tool, and Inventory
- Accurately fill orders and stage for pick-up/delivery
- Input all equipment/tool rentals and returns in company inventory system
- Receive inventory and input into inventory system
- Advise Manager of consumable items to be ordered
- Prepare purchase orders as needed
- Record maintenance, repair, and service orders
Customer/Vendor Engagement
- Meet and greet employees/customers/vendors
- Assist customers/vendors with loading and unloading
- Check all incoming orders from vendors for accuracy
General Warehouse
- Maintain warehouse area
- Stock inventory when received from vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Operate Jostin pick-up truck
- Operate equipment (skid steer, forklift, telehandler, etc.)

Experience & Other Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years’ customer service experience
- Warehouse and/or inventory experience a plus
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs required
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to people, mission, and values
- Ability to work independently
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Commitment to equipment operator training
- Construction experience a plus
